We’d like to give a warm welcome to Bill Sheeks, our new Vice President of Operations! As VP of Operations, Bill Sheeks has overall responsibility for the day to day operations and production of Glanris’ filtration media. As we grow Glanris globally, we are excited to continue to add industry leaders passionate about water innovation.

Prior to joining Glanris, he served as Vice President of Operations for Ecowater Systems (a Berkshire Hathaway company), a manufacturer of water softeners for retail and commercial applications. He has a proven track record of manufacturing and operations leadership spanning more than 30 years. He has had P&L responsibility managing multiple facilities and implementing world-class standards by engraining the pillars of lean manufacturing. 

Bill has extensive qualifications in manufacturing, including new plant start-ups, plant turn arounds, and developing a continuous improvement culture. He led his team to achieve ISO 9001 certification and SHARP (Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program) certification in 2019.

Bill has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Christian Brothers University.
